Re: Lightwater Valley removing all thrill attractions

It's now been officially confirmed that Ulty will be staying at the park for now but will remain closed for the 2021 season. I really do hope they open it again before it closes for good, although considering it will've been SBNO for two years I doubt that will happen.

The Park has plans to broaden its appeal for younger families, and as a result a series of new rides, attractions and experiences will be designed specifically for the under 10s. “We believe this ...

Re: World's tallest slingshot and drop tower coming to I-Dri

^ Is it just me or that red tower is a tad or too thin for a (giant) drop? It looks to me stylish at least though. ;*) It's probably just the concept art. I'd expect the drop tower to be the same model as Highlander at Hansa Park, and the slingshot will almost definitely be the new-gen model that u...

World's tallest slingshot and drop tower coming to I-Drive

Ground has just been broken on the construction site of the two newest ICON Park attractions! They are a slingshot suspended from two 300 foot towers that will fling riders 450 feet in the air, and a 430 foot drop tower that will have seats that tilt 30 degrees. Both attractions are expected to open...
