Scripting - Attaching lights to a coaster train

After messing with scripting and the NL2SCO editor, I was able to attach some lights to a suspended coaster train. Here are a couple videos to show the final result. I have some notes about how I did it below the videos. This is (a slightly outdated version of) the coaster in the day time. Notice th...

A way around the word wrap problem is reading the help files outside of the nolimits 2 program with a normal web browser (they are just html files after all). You can find them in the help folder where nolimits 2 is installed. Just open index.html in your browser of choice and browse using that.

I saw this article on USA TODAY, but next to it is a picture of the roller coaster in No Limits. I wish they also had the track with it. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.usatoday.com/travel/destinations/2007-04-12-led-zeppelin-roller-coaster_N.htm?csp=34">http://www.usatoday.com/travel...

Here's my entry: http://www.coastercrazy.com/track_exchange/detail.asp?tid=7299
I was hopeing for it to come out better, but I had trouble with the first roll so it messed up the entire coaster.

I think the braket idea sounds cool only if there is a second contest to it. The best designer gets points like normal, and the person with the closest braket prediction gets points, just like college basketball brakets. <!-- s[lol] --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_ugeek.gif" alt="[lol]" title="te...

Oh..ok. After some searching I just found a quote from one of the coen brothers saying that the murded really did happen somewhere at sometime, just not Minnesota in 1987. I just assumed it was completely fake because I saw an interview with the coen brothers about Oh Brother Where Art Thou. In it t...

No it's not. I never understood why, but the Coen brothers felt like calling it a true story would make it better.

Awesome.

It may look squashed because the track is so wide. The wide track also makes the supports look tiny.

I only play at home with DDR: Extreme for PS2 and a soft pad. I don't show off in public because you sometimes give off a bad vibe. (see MOP post)

Other than all the types of rollercoasters, I would like to see a way to be building the heartline when you are placing control points instead of building the track. Say if you are placing a control point, the track would appear under it (or above or to the side depending on banking) instead of the ...

You're talking about the predesinged tracks, right? I thought the one Buster made (Oasis) was very smooth. I've been trying to figure out he did it because it looked like it was all done with the elementary program (the math formula one). The Tropical Heat coaster was very cool with all the differen...
