Why did they have a camera rig set up on the red train? And any idea where the trains are going?

I do not know why red train was chosen for its final task. However, Red train has always been the star of the show. I could not think of any other train in the set worthy of the final "hollywood runs". One of the trains will be going to the ACE museum, the other two to destinations unknown.
