it'll have seatbelts. Every PTC is supposed to have them. The ratchet bar is actually considered the secondary restraint, the seatbelt is the primary.

As far as I know Phoenix is the only one that still doesn't have them.

Twister and Phoenix apparently do have seat belts, they're just tucked under the seats and not used.
