Thunderhawk New Trains for 2016 at Dorney Park

it'll have seatbelts. Every PTC is supposed to have them. The ratchet bar is actually considered the secondary restraint, the seatbelt is the primary.

As far as I know Phoenix is the only one that still doesn't have them.

Twister and Phoenix apparently do have seat belts, they're just tucked under the seats and not used.

Do those seatbelts depend on negative g's?

Not only that but they depend on the size of the person
