Track Packager (environments)?

Can someone please tell me how you set an environment to be the default for a certain track so that when someone else downloads it, I can be assured that they will be riding the coaster with environment it was ment for. Or for that matter, why doesn't Tia's Track Packager collect my custom trees .tga files or the environment file? I must be missing something. Please help!

In the editor go to Coaster->Track Info . There you can specify the default environment for the coaster and once you set it and save the track, The Packager will automatically collect the environment files and add them to the package.
