Is there any other way to smooth a track without using Ctrl? plz help

Place two vertices, highlight the track, and press I. Then you'll get a completely smooth straight piece of track.

If you wanna get smooth track without using the built in smoother, your two choices are using mathematical formulas to do it for you (which takes practice), or to do it by hand. If you want to do it by formulas, use elementary (is it still available?), but, again, it takes lots of practice. There is no 'magic bullet' program that will give you a perfectly smooth track... it takes considerable effort either way.
