You guys do know that every time you use the auto flanger its adding to the existing sets. So by the end theres going to be tons of polygons being wasted.

I have to admit that I used a simple but effective trick that it didn't add more flanges to the already existing supports.

Very true. Plus you get alot of z bias problems.

I guess I'll have to remove all of them then...

Hurry up, I want to make some 3ds objects and maybe an env... This is hilarious, part of it is like perfect and another part is very bumpy. [lol] Part of it uses elementary, part of it doesn't... Perhaps I should split up my segments to fake it if I ever make any track. Right now, I'm thinking of adding 3ds catwalks and a station to it. (yes real, all from my nitpicking)

BTW, the first support has 2 flanges over it, I'm going to manually purge all of them, no one ruin my work!

When my turn comes...

I deleted the existing flanges, I know not really a trick, :p.
first off they were anyways added by myself and second there weren't too much of them so it wasn't much work to do. but sure if there are going to be some more supports it's going to be a problem.

grim..you have to use the smoother in the contruction kit. Buster's stand alone auto-smoother will affect all of the track. Unless you are doing it a different way (building your section and smoothing in seperate track file).

You guys who are supporting can also use the construction kit for your flanges you know. Just highlight your supports and select the flange only selected feature. Easy as that.

No worries man. Flanges don't define whether it's a good coaster or not... but... you could still do them by hand...
I'm actually thinking of cracking out some custom supports with hand-made flanges on my next turn.

Just a reminder of the one of the rules before some of you go overboard [;)]

You may not conspire with other participants or otherwise influence what other people do during their turn. If you are caught doing this, you will be given a six (6) turn penalty and thus will not be eligible to participate for the next nine (9) turns (as opposed to the usual three [3]). The referee has final decision on what is and is not "conspiring".

Well, you'd better quit before you get into trouble.
And you're not gonna get what you want anyway... if you haven't noticed I am stubborn son of a bitch.
