Univerisal Florida 3rd gate park!

Univerisal is rumored to get a 3rd gate park theme to video games! If it did happen it would open in 2021. Some of the theme lands or islands if there doing it like Islands of Adventures would be Nintendo (of course) World of Warcraft and Diablo.

if this did happen how would you do the rides for the areas and what would they be?

As much as I would like a video game themepark, the source you provided had no proof other than saying "We heard rumors" for the third themepark. If anything, there would probably be a small land for it, but I highly doubt a whole themepark coming into view for USO. Good catch though.
