from what i can see it's a 3 bench PTC train... so i have no clue which ride it could be... [lol]

Blue 3-bench PTC trains with a lift hill that has mesh stuff on the handrails, with a lift that goes up southward, since it looks like the sun is setting on the right side of the picture. Also most likely American since the girl has braces, which is a very American thing. Also she has a wristband on that looks like a ride wristband for a carnival type setting, so maybe the ride is at a fair type thing, not a corporate park.
