Now about your 'problem'.
Remember in rct1-rct2 how to make look a river rapids with some water, like it's one full lake where you can ride the river rapids through... Kinda on the same way. It's very hard to explain to do in rct3, but if you remember the way in rct1 or rct2. Then you should know it.
