Here's the thing, Me and my family are sick to death of dorney, we have been going since 2004! We decided on hershey! now when is the best time to go?

During the summer sometime between opening and close.

Hershey is a nice park. But there operations blow. Try going sometime in December. I hear Storm Runner runs great then.
