I was wonering the same, and I don't think he got banned, his account is still intact.
he hasnt been online for a long time... maybe his internet connection turned evil and attacked him... who knows[lol]

Austin powers last visit was 04/19/2004 and he is not banned. People only get banned here if they do something serious unlike other dumb sites. Im guessing he could just be on vacation
