^^Yeah, but no other GCI's that I have ever been on had any air, including Lightning Racer[lol] It was great, but literally no air whatsoever.

I have only been on Troy, but I have riddin it loads of times. And I must admit, it's not airtime like Colossos or so, but it has some great little pops everywhere. I notice the same with this animation. I think it's going to be a great coaster which won't be forceless at all.

But, Gerst, I don't really agree with you. Yes, GCI's have these fast transitions and turns, but they aint so pumpy as this animation is. Pretty smooth coasters overall, as you stated. I have been on many steel coasters that are much worse! GCI's are not pumpy, if I may say so..

But the main point is that this coaster is going to be loads of fun. Still, I miss the cross overs. But the interaction with the scenery combined with the fast low to the ground cornering is cool as well.

The rides footers are being put into place, shouldn't be long before some wood begins to rise!

and..

Out of nowhere, the ride has been topped off!

And.. The drop is done!

Huge new update posted today at Coaster Community. The layout is just about complete, with track work progressing. This thing looks sexy as hell:

I have seen a couple testing videos, and I no longer have any doubt that this ride flys! Should be a good year for Worlds of Fun!

Looks really fun, but there's no particular part that looks like it stands out. Like you can't really say, "Oh and that one part is so fun," or "...that part at the end is so wicked(lame word)" To me it seems, to flat on the ground. It's like a pancake with little tiny air bubbles. It'll be awesome if they dug a trench about 50ft deep and out of no where you go down. Now that would be part to remember. But either way looks fun. Looks like a ride that is the most fun in the back.
Sometimes you gotta sacrifice a little bit of yourself to get the job done.

Personally, I think the finale with that little almost-triple-drop-thing looks quite great. Should give a cool airtime sequence in the back... [:D]

A lot shorter than I thought and coupled with the lack of a wide angle lens really makes it seem slower than I know it is. But man, love those transitions. That very first banked hill will be flippin sweet.

^the funny thing is, even with the lack of wide angles, the coaster still looks freakin fast

I'm still continuously surprised that these new GCI's have airtime considering how bad their earlier rides are. Certainly looks like a great ride to me.

I live in Kansas City, Missouri and I have been going to Worlds of Fun every single year since I was three years old. Prowler is one of the best coasters I have ever ridden! It is so fast and takes your breath away!
