Not agree, thats not an overrated, is only a noob rate. From my point of view i think that rate is not hight enought to be deleted

This rate, while definitely high, is not an overrate. Each to their own opinion, and the explaination was long enough. Plus, the low other rating completely cancels it out. No need to delete this one.
