Boxed supports

can someone please explain to me how they make their box supports for their coasters, ive tried but they've never came out right and i find it hard to do right. so can someone please help me?[confused]

i messed up on the pic.

btw eZe7789 looks like you tried linking that picture from youre computer at home, so i wouldnt show unless by some freak occurance that we had the same pic in the exact same place that yours is located, as the url tries to conect the link for the one you gave and for my computer here (makes sense to me [;)])
