did you do all that with the vz1?

yes in fact i hooked up my midi guitar to my vz1 for rythm playing and bass. only thing you'll hear was my background guitar playing. so much you can do with a casio vz1 lol... no distortions were used[:)]

yah.. i just got an ensoniq eps last year for 25 bucks and have been enjoying the world of sampling ( i believe the vz-1 can sample) .. i still havent got a proper additive synth, but i'm keeping my eyes open for either a casio cz or a yamaha tx-7 .. neat stuff.. i could actually tell the guitar parts were played with a controller because they had a very human feel to the pacing..

ah thanks and glad you enjoyed it. Wow that sure was a great deal you got there for the ensoniq you brought. I just love my vz-1 although it works only as a synthesizer and not a sampler as the fz-1. cz's and dx or tx7's are really cool things to have espeially if anyone likes a dx7, they will love a vz-1 although they were underrated and not as popular as the dx back in thoese days. The gear i have now is a casio vz-1, a roland v-synth-xt, and couple of drum machines.
