Why give a half assed answer like 'duh'? I might as well explain to him/her why he/she was wrong.

err, any more tips and not stupid arguments that won't get us any where?
When planning a trip around several parks from the same company, be sure to get a season pass, the one that lets you use it for all parks.

Another tip: Ride any coaster, especially woodies in cold pouring rain!

Uhmmm, you noticed that raindrops become quite painfull when you are reaching speeds in acces of 100 km/h? Because they really do [lol]

I think I have two good tips, the first one, don't ride a woodie while it is raining, but right after the rain stopped. The cars are just aquaplaning over the track and that results in a much faster ride and besides have a much smoother and faster run, you also get a nice smell of the wood [pshades]

Then the second one, always make sure you're there when the park opens and go directly to the ride which is the longest walk. For example in Six Flags Holland it is like a 10 min walk to Goliath because the pathing structure forces you to go sort of back and forth. This means you can at least ride it 3 times front seat with hardly any queue. Also the rides nearest to the entrance usually have short lines at the end of the day because everyone went on them when entring that park.

That's about all there is to it [pshades]

yup, hit the rides in the back first, then work you way up, the exact opposite of what majority of the people there do, and don't hit new rides first unless there's minimal linage.

If you sit in the middle of the car on trains that have 3 rows per train you are in fact not above any wheels.

Um, all I have to say to that is DUH!

I interprited "If possible" meaning "whenever the seat is empty". Plus, except for John Allen and classic PTC wood coasters, almost all wood coaster trains are 2-seaters. Whatever. I should have just kept my mouth shut in the first place. I am just going to get out of this conversation before I lose my title of "human encyclopedia". Forget I said anything...

Correct me if i'm wrong, but not all seats are above wheels, even on two bench PTC trains. Only the rear seats of each car are above wheels, which is why (i think) they are considered 'wheel seats'. The front set of wheels on each car are below your feet.

[?] Confrontation? From my end, it's just a normal discussion. I'm sorry if you thought I was confronting you about it. [:)]

can we just get back on topic now? this is a topic about coaster riding tips, not arguing about the seating arrangements on wood coasters. I'm sorry I ever complained in the first place. It has gotten way out of control. Thank you.
