COMPUTER HELP!

I cant download anything because one day i was downloadin a no limits track and a list of components popped up asking me what i wanted to use to open it, i accidentally opened in on windows media player, and whenever i try to open something it uses the media player!! HELP! IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET IT BACK TO NORMAL!?????

i think you can change the default opening program in configuration -> folder options -> filetypes, search there the .nltrack file and change the default opening program...
