Computer probs

Hey. I have this prob with my pc that makes the cpu usegge go up really high every two mins for about 5 secs each time and i was wandering if you lot had some ideas to resolve this prob.

press control-alt.-delete to bring up the task manager. Then, processes. See if there is anythign weird in there that has really high usage. That can be the source of the problem. Sorry, but i dont kow how to resolve it, hope it helps.

Damn its a system file which is casuing this i think and it is too critical to end the process so i guess i will have to live with it

SORTED i had some crappy spyware on my pc .
