Hey... anyonw know how to fix an IE prob where gif stop playing after the page is done loading??
and dont tell me to switch to firefox... it doesnt display crap when it comes to effects...

Hmm, not sure. I've never heard of that problem.
Are you sure the .gif images you view are one that arn't set on an infinite loop?

Anyone using IE at this point is certifably insane. There are so many unfixed IE vulnerabilites.

internet options -- multimedia -- play animations, make sure is checked, so is the display pictures one etc

Firefox is handicapped when it comes to displaying CSS. It's a nice fast browser but handicapped severely.

It is? Just because it follows the actual spec unlike IE doesn't mean it is handicapped [:)] I haven't found a site yet that uses CSS and HTML correctly that is displayed wrong in Firefox. And Adblock alone is worth switching for. I use mainly Firefox, but keep IE around for a site or two that I need that requires ActiveX.
