Hollywood Studios Removing Sorcerer Hat!

What may come a surprise for some, but for most, not, Disney has announced that the giant hat at Holywood Studios will be removed early in 2015. Many Disney fans are glad to see it go because it blocked views from the Grauman Theatre and drastically changed the views from Hollywood Boulevard themed area.

In addition, Disney has announced that the show, "The Legend of Jack Sparrow" will also be removed on November 6.

YES!!!! YOU WOULD NEVER BELIEVE ON THE HAPPINESS SPREE I JUST WENT ON. I STARTED SCREAMING AND JUMPING AROUND! I'll get pictures, I'm goin in December.

It will be removed by early 2015 though lol

But I like the hat.

Breaking News: Disney announces that the hat will be placed on top of the EPCOT golf ball! lol. Anyway I really liked that hat too.

The whole point of Hollywood studios is to actually feel like you're in Hollywood back in the turn of the century. So as you would walk in the gate the Chinese Theater would be right there for all to see, like you're on the red carpet , your a movie star. The Hat completely blocks the Theater, and while the Great Movie Ride needs an update, It should be one of those rides that stays for good. It is the essence of the park.

Wonder what their version of early is. I'm going in mid-April on a band trip. It is my dream band trip as we are spending two days at Disney and two days at Universal Studios Orlando.
