as first you'll need advanced software, You can't just make it with 'paint' that comes with windows.
I've made it with paint shop pro's animator. There it's just put in the images, set the speed, and done [:)]

i dont think so... plenty free to make GIFs but not animated ones i think...

Haha, i found something it's called the GifConstructionSet, and ... totaly free, LOL

I once had a program called Gif-animator that was free. I guess its almost the same as your program. For things like this I suggest trying a search at www.download.com
