Maybe,its a safty chain if the first one is defunct,the second will hold the train.
All RCCAs should be RMC'd. And that event shall be henceforth known as the Rollercaust.

Intamin uses them instead of anti-rollbacks. they are powered by separate motors, so if one fails, the other won't.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

I think the chain on the left on that Jet Coaster is just an antirollback. There's no chain return on it.
