It looks like someone trying to do a pushup. Aside from that this thing is already starting to look pretty monstrous.

I have a slight feeling that Hyperion will not open this year seeing how far construction is . . .
It goes up really slowly

I can't get over that cutback/wave turn! This ride will surely pack a punch. Interesting enough before construction started rcdb stated this would have a cable lift.. Now it looks like they are using a traditional chain instead. Havent seen one on an Intamin hyper (or any other sitdown coaster) in a while!

Gotta be a good overbank when they go for double spine through it.

It's interesting how the supports don't comet and the two footers are right next to each other.

Anyway, everything looks so awesome.

For the foundation I'd suggest that it's because it's for two separate parts of the layout. You'd certainly get different forces and different times and designing a foundation to take into account the combination of forces probably wasn't worth the extra effort to allow it to be poured in one go (I doubt this would even make an impact on construction time, and if anything would require more raw materials)

That's overbanked really hard compared to other overbanks. Should pull a hell of a lot of G's.
