does anybody have a Nl track file for eurostar portable inverted coaster or does any body have a pov mpeg!

Eurostar!?!? There isnt any coasters named that. Did you mean Euro-Sat or Silver Star

Eurostar is the first transportable inverted coaster of the world.
It belongs to Oscar Bruch, a german showman.

And, who cares there are plaenty of pieces of open land in the UK (Uk is closer to europe, where the coasters are made)
