Cartman clearly. The way Matt and Trey let him get away with anything. The classic epipsode where he dressed up as hilter and made a march against the jews was just hilarious

Cartman for sure, i mean...he kidnapped Butters, kept him in a bomb shelter for like 5 days, and convinced him there were zombies that eat people just so he could go to Casa Bonita, a mexican restaurant..[lol][lol] And he got a kids parents killed because he wouldnt give Cartman his $7 or something[lol]

Because someones got to be on the absolute bottom, and as long as there's Butters it's not going to be YOU.

butters rocks aswell. there really isnt a bad character on the show except for that book mobile guy or cartman's dad.

I love Timmys facial expression, and the fact that the only thing he says is "TIMMY!"
My favorite episode being 'The Special Olympics' features alot of Timmy, stying to stop his friend Jimmy from taking steroids. Absolutely hilarious.
