Macromedia MX has all the stuff you need to make websites like this. THen all you need to know is how to script it.

and what for a page builder

Probably good old HTML and Java Script.

I mean the pagebuilder...like the geocities one.

They probably don't use one. They write the script and get eznetideas to post it. So if you had to pick a page building example, it's probably notepad where they write the script.

everything else, group of coders, mainly redbrado, member of wws.com and current host for the site files and exchange files, videos are hosted now by sixflagsfiesta who has donated the space for them.
layout and menu done by fireworks mx, everything else done in araneae ( www.araneae.com )
