Friends and Foes? How does it work?

Is there a way to see, how many people have set this account on thair ignore-list?
Just out of curiosity.

Besides, it wouldn't make sense, to answer someones question, if he/she is already ignoring all of the posts.
At least some sort of warning, if you quote someones post, who is ignoring you would be a usefull addition.

lol I guess its to see if your friends or foes are online. Like you could send them a pm if they are and you'll have a chance to get a quick reply instead of waiting hours to get a reply if theyre offline.
