Subscriptions don't work?

Registered (obviously) but when I post a topic I do not get email telling me replies have been posted. Even if I click subscribe on a topic I have not replied to - still no emails.

Checked the FAQ - and it says yes to all my wishes re emails etc, and further guides you to the "My Subscriptions" link that appears at the top of each page - no it doesn't!!!

So whats going on?

Have you checked the spam folder? They may have ended up there.

Yep - don't have one.

Although my email address looks fine in my profile, I wonder if for some reason its not working - so can you send me an email just to test that?

Still don't understand why the "My Subscriptions" link supposedly at the head of every page is not visble to me?

I have been wondering about the same thing.
About 3 months ago I hit the subscribe button for the NL2 topic.
Never got 1 email.

Yeah Im not getting them either. It looks like the server deregistered the mail com and is defaulting on one that's junk. I can't get it to select or register. I will have to pass it on to Mike to take a look.

However, after seeing the progress on the recode, we might wait it out as the site should be done in about 2 weeks, if we find a designer soon. We have one in mind, but Mike hasn't made his decision.

I'm not sure to be honest. Given how far along we're code wise with the new site, we might wait for that to be deployed rather than spend resources trying to fix the current rendition. If it's an easy fix, we'll have it fixed hopefully tonight.

Getting it fixed tonight might/would be irrelevant if the email side has gone off - but I would be curious to know what went wrong and that its not just me.

From what I see its the server component that got deregistered and hence the email settings not picking it up. Other than that, I don't see a problem.
