email them (no limits peeps) with your billing details for when you brought it in the first place - they sent me a new download link and my activation code!

Problem is i don't have the email cause i bought the game like 5 years ago and I updated to windows 7 and forgot to transfer No Limits over.

Like credit card used and billing address
They might require the email address though.
Worst case scenario is you have to buy the game again.

To keep this from happening again, you can always just burn Nolimits and your code to a disk like any other game.
