Help with Custum buildings?

As seen on "Timeline of my jet coaster custom stations." How do you make such good stations, I tried for 5 days and it looked like a retarded M with a GL at the sides

Just like with building rollercoasters, study existing stations to see how they're built, try to base your designs on the basic things that they do!
