Help with the environmental

Hi everyone.
I just got NL a few months ago and I'm learning still how to use it.I downloaded the Environmental from www.coasterchamber.com, but I don't know how to use it, I have several problems with the textures, the fog, the sun, to be direct I don't understand how to make environments. If anyone has some sort of tutorial to use it, preferably written (not videos, I don't undertand english so much) I'll appreciate it so much.
