Holiday World Adds a Launched WingRider - Pics and Video!

^^ This isn't B&Ms first launch, just the first one they've done in a long time. I believe the absence of launches on B&Ms is because there was some sort of disagreement about the technology on Incredible Hulk( another company stole it? ) something like that

B&M contracted the Launch mechanism to someone else because they didn't want to do it. Thunderbird will be B&Ms first true launc.

So it is confirmed then that B&M will make the launch?

I don't believe there has been a confirmation on B&M making the launch, however for Hulk the park had to contract the launch tech to a completely different company.

Can you film a POV of the ride when it is done? I won't be able to go to Holiday World anytime soon.

Well we know TPR will almost certainly get to film, probably coaster force too, and the coaster crew if they make it out there. Maybe there should be a team for coaster crazy...

I've tried to get people to be part of such a team. I even posted a public announcement needing someone for Goliath. Got no where, if someone is interested, they can always reach out to me, let me know what regions they can do and I can see what I can do with the parks. Getting invited to media events and such isn't a problem, I get the invites all the time, its finding people willing to go

I would be more than happy to do anything media related to Holiday World, I can be the Holiday World part of the team

Thats part of my problem, lack of ability and decent enough equipment, I just think that it would help boost this community up to the same level as the others

Believe it or not, the iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and many other phone camera's can do a very, very, well job at recording video. I can shoot 120 fps on my phone in 1080p HD. I use my camera for most pictures but, a good enough phone will do the trick. We should really get this Media team going. Plus, I just love being at Holiday World.
