Cannibal started placing track last year in the ditches and they only recently announced what they were doing. And Maverick at Cedar Point was placing track during the '06 operation season! But yeah to be this far ahead in construction is unusual. Seems all the parks are rushing which means this will probably be the 7th circle of frozen hell for the next five months

Also, I love the fact that Holiday World is starting to enter a whole new realm of theme elements. The whole Thunderbird plaza seems comparable to the theatrical elements that is reminiscent of Disney. As you can see, the woodwork has already started on the Flywheel housing, dubbed as "The Will Power Building." as a tribute to the Late Holiday World President and legacy builder.

That video that uses the teaser's song is actually really cool. That's definitely my favorite announcement music of the 2015 announcement videos

They have confirmed they will be releasing the song for purchase.

I really like the shape of that immelmen, as already mentioned it looks like the one on storm runner, which is alot of fun

I know, I'm just saying if anyone ever wants to spend a day at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari, I would be more than happy to show you around and ride some Thunderbird, Voyage, and Raven with ya. (The Legend is now an unbearable monster.)

Sad to hear the Legend isn't doing so good. I love that coaster! Really surprised as I thought Holiday World always took extremely good care of their rides. Although I guess you can only do so much.

As for Thunderbird, it does have a really awesome song, and the shaping to me is more like the shaping off Incredible Hulk's Roll than Storm Runner... Especially the way it follows into the loop. I really spent some time at IOA looking at that, and though I think Thunderbird has a sharper turn, the seem to be very similar in that section. Thoughts?
