How to make loops/immelmans with FVDs

Ive tried and they get screwed up. Help?

It is difficult to do, especially if your track is "angled" as it goes past vertical. The simplest method is to flip the verticies 180* by hand before AHG'ing it, then stitch a new element on as soon as possible. I managed to do a nice dive loop on my Premier shuttle with FVD's, but that's just one success in a long line of failures [;)]
