how can i place a track at a different spot than on the last peice of track added?? i just cant figure it out help me please!!

Hmmmmm,first you click on the track node and move it were you want it.Hope that helps

no i mean if i build a station and a peice of track in front of it, then how can i put a peice of track behind the station??

what you can do though is instead of starting with a station segment start with a different track segment say track segment or whatever you intend for it, then after adding that add your station segment then whatever goes ahead of the station, that's the only way to do it.

are yu planning to make a shuttle coaster? because NL at present does not support shuttle coasters

You can do that in Nolimits very well people! Don't talk fuss please...

In case you are still constructing (which i will assume here) your track will be 'open' (= last vertex not yet connected to first).

- First close the track by using Menu [Edit]/[Connect]. One additional segmnet will now show up.
- Then mark this 'connection segment' and split it! (do so by using key 'y' or menu [Segment]/[Split up] once or even multiple.) You will get new vertices before the initial 'first'.
- Third mark the vertex where you now want to have set you new 'first vertex' (this pink arrow). In your case one of the vertices before the station. Change the 'first vertex' by Menu: [Edit]/[Set first]
- Finaly use Menu [Edit]/[Disconnect] to 'open the track again and move the new remaining vertices where you want them

Done.
