I need help!

I downloaded the packager thing. But i dont know how to use it. I keep getting like an error popup. Does anyone know what i should do.

to open an nlpack file, in the program go to file, open package. then click the one you want to open and follow the instructions [:)]

Or easier, put the icon for the packeger on the desktop and drag the track pack file into the icon

ok i tried both and im getting something like a runtime error.

If this is Vista, you have to right click on it and left click "Run as Administrator". I have Vista and this is what happened to me.

open the packager itself, and click the (open packaged files with packager) tab

Where do I find the track packager? Cuz I went to no limits dev center and it doesn't even go to a download link
