Intamin website update

The intamin website has got a nice update.

It features some nice info. Ever heard of the intamin half pipe coaster. Probabaly an intamin version of Hammerhead stall. Also there is a new Spillwater coming up and you can order a 165 meter high giant wheel if you like

Yes, Half Pipe's going to be good.

I found some offical stats about it on my last visit to S?????????rk?????????nniemi and they say that it's max speed is only 78 (if I remember right), but the maximum height from ground something about 40 m. (it's built on sloped land)


That new Intamin site has been there for a long. One intresting thing is that they call Inverteds Suspended Looping Coasters. Weird, eh?

yeah looks nice though but I feel that it should have more of an impactful feeling to it.

It's weird to read the intamins LSM/LIM's are so slow. But Xcelerator tells us something else. Kinda weird

Reverse Free Falls (6-ton car in 7 sec. to 160 km/h). Roller Coasters (10-ton trains in 6 sec. to 93 km/h). U-Shape Coasters (swinging a 12.5-ton train up to 106 km/h).

The launches are way slower than Xcelerator. Anyone has an idea how come ?

Xcelerator is a catapult/hydraulic launch not a lsm/lim so there's the difference. Xcelerator gets pulled by the pulley that attaches to the bottom of the train and then drags it forward at an incredible g force launch

that's weird, I never knew there was an intamin.ch site. I always went to www.intaminworldwide.com and it's the exact same thing and has been for a long time.
