- Stupidity involving the Powderpuff football game, dumb and rediculous enough for a Daily Show diss, Saturday Night Live diss, week long USA news diss, and have the idiots on Oprah.
- President Clinton visited awhile back
- Ferris Buehler's day off and The Breakfast Club were filmed in and around the general area of the school
- The male ice dancer for the USA team in the most recent Winter Olympics went to Glenbrook North
Additionally, although this wasn't a school related thing. The idiot that messed up the Chicago Cubs game awhile back when he tried to catch a ball lived a block away from me.

The hallways in those movie think are my school. I know they used two different schools to make each of those movies. Also the house in Ferris Buehler's day off is in our neighborhood. A kid who is in college lives in it right now.
