Hey, I heard that SFMM has a lease and in the near future, the park is goin' to have to move out for
houses to be put in. do you believe that, or do you have any information on this subject?

I actually think it makes more sense like that. I don't see why SFMM needs four houses to be "moved out"?

Lease expired, they're gonna tear down SFMM and build 4 houses in that spot.

yes the lease expired. SFMM is one of the best six flags parks imo. and i live about an hour and a half away. there a re already a crap load of homes in that area. i think the Realtors are being overly selfish...keep it out there because that park is worth it and is actually doing better this year. Money-wise.
