making a short piece of track

how do i make a short piece of track?

everytime i try to make one the track just folds under or over itself

You have to make sure that the nearby control points of the two vertices are very short and almost unviewable, its hard to explain, but sometimes just using the straight tool will fix this.

Ive been tinkering around with the vertex on the end and didnt even think to adjust the one before it

just zoom in an modify the control arms

It's easy, first make the element you want to be short, then save the element, delete the original element and insert the element as 25% or anything you'd like

Why do all that? What Brtnboarder495 said to do only takes a few seconds, your way will take minutes
