Need Help with construction kit

I am having a problem with Tia's construction kit if a Load a coaster into it it always gives me an error message saying primary cross tie
can't be created. has anybody else had this error message.

yea i get that to and i dont know whats wrong?

I got this a while ago. Make sure you extract all the nltmtie.ocobject files from zip file, and then put them in the same folder as the construction kit program.
