We have a new rating Czar. Seeing that there are various problems and this member has been interested for a while and after inspection and stuff of him, I have decided to promote Wooodie_Man to be our ne rating Czar. He will monitor ratings and compaints about them. He'll be dedicated towards that section. Well, enjoy and wish him luck!
