NL Track Packager, and Admin Contact

Happy Tuesday, folks!

I'm wondering if anyone can point me in a good direction here; I'm trying to unpack some of my old NL1 designs so I can ride the tracks in NL2 . . . . . but I cannot seem to find a solid .exe or good link for the NoLimits TrackPackager to help me do that. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Additionally, I've tried to contact the Admins to recover access to my old profile on this website, with little success. Does anyone know how to contact Oscar, or any of the website's admins for that type of request?

Any help is great.

oh hi, the discord link in the menu is generally the fail safe way to get a hold of me lol

try this zip file I attached, it includes the original install file as well as the hotfix.

Does this "hotfix" have anything to do with why I keep running into this root folder issue? (Pardon the naivety, it's been many years since I've troubleshot NoLimits stuff )
