NL2 Won't Launch

So for the past 2 days NL2 wont launch through Steam anymore. It always does this:

Maybe you can try to backup all your tracks, remove NoLimits 2 and then reinstall it?

Did that, still nothing.

Maybe uninstalling it with this would work:
IObit Uninstaller

It helped me with another application which gave problems. It will uninstall the program and afterwards scan your computer for files which belong to the uninstalled program but are still on your computer and will remove them.

Have you tested to completely exit steam? Like turning steam off.
It helped for me with the same kind of problem.

Yes I have done a complete restart of steam by ending it through task manager then starting it again, but it wont work still.

Did you figure this out? I am having the same problem and can't find a solution.
