Well,
I have v 1.3, and I was wondering that if you have already bought the game, can you put a patch to upgrade it to a new version. Or do you haft to buy the new version again?

yes, the latest version they have out is the file they send you, then you upgrade when they come out with a new patch, so get ready to download it soon.
