Odd message when trying to download track file

Mods/Admin:

This is my first post in the forums. Earlier this afternoon I was trying to download a NL track file. I had forgotten to log in, so when I clicked the "Download File" button, it naturally took me to the log-in screen. After entering my name and password, I was greeted with the following message:

"The page that you are looking [for] is not here. Your IP is xx.xx.xxx.xxx and it has been forwarded to the site administration along with the URL you seek. Do NOT make the same mistake twice."

What does that mean? I'm a little concerned, because I have no idea what "mistake" I may have made. Did I do something wrong?

I wasn't trying to hack anything. Heck, I don't even know how to do anything like that. [dunno]

I was trying to download "Superman" by Coastersim. I saw it on the homepage and it says it was uploaded today.
