well for start i think you would have to get permission off the manufactor i think and then you would be allowed to use it in your ride.

I don't know since none of that involves me I wouldn't know. You can't upload songs to my website so "I" wouldn't be violating any copyright law infringements. You can surely say in your description that the ride is based on the song and to listen to the song while riding it, but that's up to you [:)]
