Photoshop Competition - Round 2

Same rules as Round 1:
You pretty much just use Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET, etc; and each round there's an objective and task for a picture the winner posts each round. Each round usually lasts a week or two, and the chance to enter is closed and a poll comes up and you choose the best edit - the winner's entry. The winner chooses the picture to edit the next round, and can choose a task of what to edit it to (For example, someone posts a picture of an empty field and the task is to edit it to transform it to anything you want to). Additionally with your edit, you need to link the URL sources of where you got the edited images.

For this round, you just have to edit the following picture and make a joke from it or edit it to make it look hilarious to look at. I'll start off with this picture:
