I love them supports. And from what ive seen you must got some real leg choppers there.

Great Bear has awesome supports... its also an awesome ride.

And Intamin has some of the best looking support structures around. I don't see anything wrong with the supports on Stealth.

Probably supports like on Millennium Force. But the fact is, no other rides NEED them supports.

Yes, rides that arent too tall don't need to have box supports when straight tubes will do.

But Apollo's is built by B&M. Intamin and B&M are not the same company.

I'm sure Thorpe wants a cheap ride that will bring lots of people in. Thats why they have innexpensive supports. I'm not saying an Intamin rocket is cheap, but they want to have the most thrill for the least money.

Now why would they put supports like that on this coaster? It would be totally unnecessary.

Going further up!!!!! Ive also seen a picture of the peak. It looks nice Its laying on the ground at the moment, and its completely white, so it will blend in with the sky. It looks quite tight aswell. I love the colour of the supports.

edit: press ctrl + F5 if you cannot see the new update.

Well Jason... they will blend in on a typical british day... but not on nice blue skys [:D]! But when they do blend in... it should hopefully look like the tracks supporting itself... maybe! All looks good though!

How quickly is this coming along? [lol] it seems like the whole of that airtime hill has gone up in a day, I'm not complaining though [:D] You get an idea of the size of it now in comparison to the other rides in the park and well, it looks huge [lol]

Just under half way really if you look at where they are in this picture:

They still have to put the highest supports in.
